- To provide certain services like data sync across devices or data backup, we store the information provided by the user on our servers, however we delete all this information when user request for account deletion.

- Sensitive data like password detail is stored in encrypted form and even we can’t read that.

- Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services or their advertisement on our website or app. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
- We use Google AdSense and Admob Advertising on our website and in our app.

- TimelyBills Services are intended for and directed to adults.
- Our Services are not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy or any other terms of service, Company’s aggregate liability hereunder shall be limited to not more than amount you paid us to use the Services and shall not extend to any indirect or remote damages whatsoever, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of profits
