When do we delete your information?

Immediate Data Deletion Upon Account Closure:

When you choose to delete your account, we promptly delete all personal data associated with your account, including your email, user name, contact number, transaction history, and account details. Once a deletion request is made, we do not retain any of your data. This deletion is immediate and irreversible, ensuring that no personal information remains on our systems.

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of Plaid's and MX’s privacy policies.

You authorize TimelyBills to act on your behalf to access and transfer your financial information from your financial institution.

Your personal and financial data will be securely transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid or MX in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

PDF Statement Import and Processing

If you choose to import a financial statement in PDF format, TimelyBills securely uploads your document to extract transaction information.

To provide this feature, we use TrueParse (TrueParse - PDF to Excel & JSON API | AI Data Extraction ), a third-party document processing service provider, which converts your PDF into structured transaction data that can be imported into your TimelyBills account.

TrueParse may use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies to improve the accuracy of document processing. These technologies are used solely to extract information from your uploaded statement and are not used by TimelyBills to make automated decisions about you or your finances.

Your uploaded statement may contain personal and financial information, including account numbers, transaction history, merchant names, balances, statement dates, and payment details. This information is processed only to import your transactions into TimelyBills.

Uploaded PDF statements are securely transmitted using encrypted connections and are typically deleted within 24 hours after successful processing, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for security purposes.

International Data Processing

As part of providing this feature, your uploaded statement may be processed by authorized service providers located in countries other than your country of residence, including India. TimelyBills implements appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information during such transfers.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services or their advertisement on our website or app. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. We use Google AdSense and Admob Advertising on our website and in our app.

TimelyBills Services are intended for and directed to adults.
